由于心脏疾病，心肌组织电学性质的空间变化可能出现。我们将此类梯度引入心肌组织的数学模型中，并通过大量数值模拟研究它们对二维和三维中折返电波及其稳定性的影响。我们解释了螺旋波与卷波失稳的机制，该机制源于因其电学性质的各向异性变化所导致的波长的各向异性变薄。
