软壁谱几何的研究

摘要
量子真空能量密度的理想化理论是带边界条件微分算子谱理论的一个优美应用，但其结论在物理上不可接受。一个更合理的反射边界模型保持在线性谱理论框架内，通过一个陡峭上升的势函数来约束波，该势函数可取为某一坐标的幂次 z^α。我们报告了在大量学生参与下对该模型的研究。给出了 α=1 时结合数值计算的精确解析解，以及 α=2 时一个相关问题的渐近（半经典）分析。
