我们在 hamiltonian 函数水平集上构建了一种在短时间内对 hamiltonian 流不变且在任意长时间内保持流保护的测度。这使得我们能够在能量固定的状态空间中采用概率方法来研究 hamiltonian 系统。我们证明了该测度产生了物理学中使用的微正规配分函数，并指出它可以在渐近极限下转化为正规配分函数，从而再现经典统计物理。我们还论证称，这提供了对 Simon 第二个问题的另一种解答。
