摘要
本文提出了一种新方法来推断一组符号序列（如转录组核苷酸序列）中的结构性。本研究调查了西伯利亚落叶松（Larix sibirica Ledeb.）转录组序列中三联体频率的分布模式。研究发现，落叶松转录组在统计和组合性质上表现出许多意想不到的对称性。
