量子点激子发光中超精细相互作用与各向异性交换相互作用的相互影响

摘要

理论上研究了半导体间接带隙量子点中激子的光学取向和排列。分析了一种特殊情形,其中电子与晶格核的超精细相互作用能量与亮暗激子能级之间的交换分裂相比很小,但与辐射双线的各向异性交换分裂相当。计算了在偏振光共振激发激子下,圆偏振度和线偏振度对外部磁场的依赖关系。
