摘要
我们从理论上研究了材料间介电失配对核壳纳米线能级和复合能量的影响。结果表明，当核材料的介电常数低于壳材料时，自镜像势会将载流子推向核 - 壳界面，使得理想受限模型不再适用。本文讨论了这种界面受限对此类纳米线电子性质及其对外加磁场响应的影响。
