摘要
Decide Madrid 是马德里市议会的公民技术平台，允许用户创建并支持在线请愿。尽管初期取得成功，该平台在请愿签名增长方面正遇到问题，因为请愿距离其必须收集的最低支持票数相去甚远。先前的分析表明，该问题由界面造成：一种采用非最优排序算法的分页请愿列表。为此，我们提出一个用于主题与请愿发现的交互式系统。该方法促使我们反思数据可视化技术在应对相关社会挑战方面的效用。
