协商式平台设计：以 Decidim Barcelona 在线讨论为例

随着信息通信技术（ICTs）的冲击和政治代表性的危机，许多旨在改善参与式民主过程的在线平台应运而生。然而，关于在线请愿平台，先前的研究尚未发现有效引入讨论（促进协商的关键功能）的实例。本研究聚焦于 Decidim Barcelona 案例，这是由巴塞罗那市议会推出的在线参与式民主平台，其中的提案可通过一个结合了话题式讨论和评论与提案对齐方式的界面进行讨论。这种创新方法使得我们能够检验中性、正面或负面评论是否更可能引发讨论级联。结果显示，使用该界面时，被标记为与提案负面一致的评论更有可能吸引用户参与在线讨论，从而有助于促进协商式决策。
