温度依赖的非弹性散射对超导邻近效应的影响

摘要
我们测量了连接到铝超导体的不同长度的介观金线的微分电阻，作为温度和电压的函数。我们的实验结果与假设超导体中具有无限温度无关能隙的理论预测存在显著差异。除了考虑能隙的温度依赖性外，我们还必须引入温度依赖的非弹性散射长度，才能拟合我们的数据。
