原子金丝中的非弹性散射与局部加热

摘要
我们提出了一种在分子电子学第一性原理密度泛函计算方案中纳入非弹性散射的方法。作为应用，我们研究了对应于两种不同应变值的四原子金丝的两个几何结构，并给出了非线性微分电导随器件偏压的结果。我们的理论与实验结果定量一致，并解释了实验观察到的模式选择性。我们还识别了声子加热的特征。
