ARCADIA MD3 前端参数对带电粒子探测的影响

摘要
ARCADIA INFN R&D 项目开发了使用定制 LFoundry 110 nm CIS 工艺制造的全耗尽主动像素传感器(FD-MAPS)。对 ARCADIA 主示范器 3(MD3)具有 200 m 活动厚度的传感器进行了首次束流表征,该表征在 Fermilab Test Beam Facility 处进行,采用 120 GeV 质子束。正在测试的设备(DUT)由两个 ARCADIA MD3 跟踪平面组成的触发无触发式望远镜进行测试。本初步研究探讨了前端参数对跟踪性能的影响。
