ARCADIA Fully Depleted MAPS像素响应特性表征

摘要

单晶活性像素传感器 (MAPS) 因其低材料预算和高细胞密度等特性在多个科学应用中获得广泛使用。ARCADIA INFN 项目开发了 Fully-Depleted MAPS (FD-MAPS),采用修改后的 LFoundry 110 nm CIS 工艺。本工作对 ARCADIA MD3 原型机进行首次实验室表征。测量包括使用 test-pulse 注入和 55^{55}Fe 源进行阈值均匀性研究,以及利用单色 X射线源实现阈值和噪声校准。最终评估了电荷收集效率,通过红外激光 setup 实现。
