摘要
图像生物标志物标准化倡议（IBSI）是一项独立的国际合作，致力于为标准获取影像中提取图像生物标志物以实现高通量定量图像分析（放射组学）而进行标准化。高通量定量图像分析研究的可重复性与验证性的缺乏被认为是该领域的一大挑战。这一挑战部分源于将获取影像转化为高通量图像生物标志物的过程中缺乏基于共识的指南与定义。因此，IBSI力求提供图像生物标志物命名法与定义、基准数据集以及用于验证图像处理与图像生物标志物计算的基准值，同时提供用于高通量图像分析的报告指南。
