摘要
本文表明，Slater 所列 130 个 Rogers-Ramanujan 恒等式（L. J. Slater, Further identities of the Rogers-Ramanujan type, Proc. London Math Soc. (2) 54 (1952), 147--167）中超过一半的（双变量推广）可仅用三个多参数 Bailey 对及其关联的 -差分方程轻松导出。作为附带收获，我们发现了新的 Rogers-Ramanujan 型恒等式，并给出了其中许多恒等式的自然组合解释。
