提供了对选定理论模型的简要概述，这些模型分别来自语言学、人际沟通、第二语言使用和人机交互领域。随后的实证研究包含两个案例研究，旨在探究先进人工智能工具如 ChatGPT 与 Gemini 在大语言模型（LLM）与用户交互情境下，如何解读两种沟通能力理论的要素。研究重点聚焦于以下理论方法：（1）一种综合的语言-人际交往模型，（2）一种人际“人类-类人”交互模型。结论表明，这两种方法都适用于更好地理解 LLM 与用户之间的交互。
