摘要

我们首次针对双散度形式(即平稳 Fokker-Planck-Kolmogorov 方程)的均匀椭圆偏微分方程,建立了 Zaremba-Hopf-Oleinik 型边界点引理。作为应用,我们推导了 $C^{1,\alpha}$ 域中二阶非散度形式椭圆方程相关 Green 函数的精确双边估计。
