我们给出了Buchdahl变换与Janis-Robinson-Winicour变换的高维推广，它们可在含无质量标量场爱因斯坦-麦克斯韦系统中生成静态解。前者向真空解添加非平凡标量场，而后者从具有相同标量场的无电荷解生成带电解。将这些变换应用于（i）具有爱因斯坦基流形的静态解、（ii）多中心解以及（iii）四维柱对称解，我们构造了若干新的精确解。
