LuNi_2B_2C 中洛伦兹效应：正常态与超导混合态的研究

摘要
LuNi_2B_2C 的洛伦兹电阻率 rho_{xy} 在正常态及混合态中均为负值，且未见典型高温超导体常见的符号反转。正常态中 T<40 K 时，rho_{xy} 对场 H 有显著非线性依赖，伴随磁电阻达到 T=20 K 时 mu_0H=16T 的 +90%。在混合态中发现尺度关系 rho_{xy} ~ rho_{xx}^beta (其中 rho_{xx} 为纵向电阻率)，其 beta 值随材料无程度的不同而变化。
