摘要
我们研究了超导氮化钽薄膜中的霍尔效应。我们发现,在超导转变附近存在对霍尔电导率的大贡献,该贡献可追踪到远高于的温度和远高于上临界场的磁场。该贡献源于Aslamazov-Larkin超导涨落,我们的数据与基于含时Ginzburg-Landau理论的最新理论分析定量吻合。
