猜猜谁给这部电影打了分：通过子空间聚类识别用户

摘要
在在线推荐系统中，多个用户共享一个账户的情况屡见不鲜。能否仅基于用户提供的评分来识别此类共享账户？一旦识别出共享账户，能否进一步识别出共享该账户的不同用户？每当这种用户识别可行时，它不仅为个性化推荐的改进开辟了道路，同时也引发了隐私担忧。我们开发了一种基于线性子空间并集的复合账户模型，并利用子空间聚类执行识别任务。我们证明了相当大比例的此类账户可以被可靠地识别，并展示了其在个性化推荐中的潜在用途。
