摘要
通过气相自输运方法生长了横向尺寸达毫米级的硒化铁(FeSex)晶体。粉末X射线衍射鉴定表明,晶体由主相α相和微量β相组成。通过四探针电阻测量,在零磁场下获得了7.5 K的零电阻临界温度和高达11.8 K的超导起始转变温度,以及临界场的各向异性1.5 ± 0.1。单个晶体的磁化测量揭示了超导电性与铁磁性的共存。
