半填满一维扩展 Hubbard 模型的基态相图

摘要
我们利用量子蒙特卡罗模拟、强耦合展开结果以及 Luttinger 液体理论，定量确定了具有局部相互作用 U 和最近邻相互作用 V 的一维扩展 Hubbard 模型的基态相图。我们表明，对于 U 约等于 V/2 至 U/t 约等于 9 的参数范围内，自旋失配稳定了键序（二聚体化）态，其中 t 为最近邻跳跃。对于大 V/U 的情况下，二聚体化态向交错电荷密度波态的相变在 U 约等于 5.5 时为连续相变，在更大的 U 值下为一级相变。
