摘要
在像自旋系统和蛋白质系统这样的复杂系统中，常规的正规族模拟会陷入能量局部极小值的状态。我们采用广义族算法来克服这个多极小问题。我们描述了三种众所周知的广义族算法，即多正规算法、受控温度法和 replica-exchange 方法。随后，我们present了三种基于这三种方法组合的新型广义族算法。通过 Potts 模型和蛋白质系统测试了这些新方法的有效性。
