我们推广了 [R. Colombo. Hyperbolic phase transition in traffic flow. SIAM J. Appl. Math., 63(2):708-721, 2002] 中研究的相变模型，该模型描述单车道上车辆交通的演化。根据交通量是低还是高，考虑了两种不同的相。该模型在自由流相由标量守恒律给出，在拥堵相由两个守恒律组成的系统给出。特别地，我们研究了在强制对解的通量施加局部点约束的情况下所产生的黎曼问题。
