摘要
我们为用于无中微子双贝塔衰变搜寻的高压氙气时间投影室开发了一块专用前端电子学板。电离信号通过SiPM探测电致发光光子来读出。该板通过直流耦合读出56个SiPM的信号,并以5 MS/s采样率记录波形,动态范围宽至7000光子/200 ns。板上提供SiPM偏置电压,且可对每个SiPM单独调节。为校准和监测SiPM增益,额外的辅助ADC测量单光子等效暗电流。所获性能满足无中微子双贝塔衰变搜寻的要求。
