摘要
本研究在线性等离子体装置中接受氦/氩等离子体暴露下，使用脉冲激光沉积进行钨 (W) 共沉积实验。 在共沉积条件下形成了微米尺寸的球形 W 粒子。 建议这些粒子通过在等离子体光束中通过静电收集 W 离子形成纳米粒子后生长。
