摘要
本章旨在介绍铁电氧化物纳米结构第一性原理建模的最新进展。从块体材料中铁电性的微观描述出发，然后依次考虑不同类型的纳米结构（薄膜、多层膜、线和颗粒），我们试图识别主要趋势，并为有限尺寸效应在铁电氧化物中的作用提供一个连贯的图景。
