铁电材料与基于铁电的纳米电子器件的建模与仿真

摘要
本文简要介绍了铁电材料极化的唯象方面,随后分析了与铁电建模相关的若干选定主题。对基于铁电的器件的描述颇具挑战性,特别是因为铁电体经常与其他电介质或半导体堆叠,而非置于金属电极之间。铁电器件的预测性建模公认是困难的,因此通过与可靠的实验数据比较来审视和校准模型至关重要。
