过去几年进行的研发活动证明了 ZnSe 闪烁量热器在搜寻无中微子双β衰变方面的潜力,推动了基于该技术的首个大质量实验的实现:CUPID-0。 Se 的同位素富集、ZnSe 晶体生长以及光探测器生产均已完成,该实验现正在意大利格兰萨索国家实验室(Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso)建设。在本文中,我们展示了将前三个 ZnSe 晶体作为闪烁量热器运行测试所获得的结果,并证明它们在能量分辨率、本底抑制能力和固有放射性纯度方面的性能符合 CUPID-0 的要求。
