CUPID-Mo无中微子双贝塔衰变实验的首批数据

摘要

CUPID-Mo实验正在100^{100}Mo中搜寻无中微子双贝塔衰变,并为CUPID(带粒子鉴别的CUORE升级)评估低温闪烁Li2100_{2}^{100}MoO4_4探测器的技术。CUPID-Mo探测器采用Li2_{2}MoO4_4晶体配合用于光探测的Ge低温量热计的双读出方案实现本底抑制。热信号与闪烁光信号的同步探测可高效区分α\alphaγ\gamma&β\beta事件。在本会议录中,我们讨论2019年春季首批2个月取数的结果。除所有探测器在2615\,keV处具有6.7\,keV(FWHM)的优异量热性能及优于99.9%的α\alpha分辨能力外,我们还报告了Th和U的体积放射性纯度。最后,我们根据积累的物理数据给出100^{100}Mo的T1/20ν>3×1023T_{1/2}^{0\nu}\,> 3\times10^{23}\,yr限制,并讨论CUPID-Mo直至预计2020年初物理取数结束的灵敏度。
