摘要
通过沉积碳纳米颗粒束流制备了具有离散类金刚石碳纳米颗粒的薄膜。利用扫描电子显微镜和原子力显微镜对其形貌进行了成像。发现纳米颗粒离散地分布在硅(100)衬底上。AFM线轮廓分析显示了纳米颗粒的半球形形状。测量了EELS,发现sp³比例高达86%。测试了所制备的级联结构(nanoDLC/Si)的场致电子发射性能,在10.2 V/μm的电场下实现了1 mA/cm²的电流密度。
