磁场扫描速率对磁畴图案的影响：简单类Ising模型的数值模拟

摘要
我们通过简单类Ising模型的数值模拟研究了铁磁薄膜中的磁畴图案。淬火后的磁畴图案根据磁场扫描速率和模型参数表现出不同类型的图案。通过使用畴数、畴面积、畴面积分布以及磁畴图案的快照，展示了磁畴图案是如何形成的。考虑到系统的适当时间尺度，我们提出了磁畴图案结构的判据。
