超薄磁性薄膜中的畴结构

摘要
当易轴各向异性（倾向于垂直于薄膜的方向）克服形状各向异性时，超薄磁性薄膜中会出现畴结构。我们将研究磁性基态的性质以及不同参数如何影响畴结构。将同时考虑Ising自旋和Heisenberg自旋：在后一种情况下，可能发生重取向相变。预计在相变之前就会出现畴。有限温度下的畴结构将用二维畴壁阵列来描述，其行为类似于液晶。
