摘要
由于在二次能带交叉点处态密度消失, 三维二次能带交叉半金属中的超导不稳定性仅能在有限耦合强度下发生。由于实际材料总是存在一定程度无序, 我们利用受控的圈展开和维度正规化研究了短程关联无序对该超导量子临界点的影响。重整化群(RG)方案使我们能够确定各种相互作用强度的RG流, 并表明无序破坏了超导量子临界点。事实上, 系统表现出向强无序的逃逸流。
