摘要
受生成绝热极端质量比旋近所需计算成本过高的驱动，我们解释了如何明智地利用共振轨道，既能极大加快该计算，也能加速从测地线源生成快照引力波的过程。在我们的论证过程中，我们澄清了一个关于恰当绝热平均方法的持续争论，明确了环面平均优于时间平均。
