多能级区域中石墨烯量子点单电荷隧穿的快速检测

摘要
利用原位可调谐射频电荷检测技术，测定了仅连接一根引线的石墨烯单量子点的隧入和隧出速率。提出了一个用于计算多能级隧穿区域中这些速率的解析模型，并发现该模型与我们的实验观测结果吻合得很好。
