分段P型HPGe探测器的制备与性能测试

摘要
一台P型HPGe探测器通过用金刚石锯切割并蚀刻穿过Li扩散死层的六个环形凹槽完成了分段。分段程度使用来自准直良好的109Cd源的88 keV伽马射线进行了测试。被识别为发生在多个分段中并从2038 +/- 5 keV能区剔除的事件比例被测得为0.59。
