摘要
本文提出了一种快速测定分段真同轴高纯锗探测器晶轴的方法。该方法基于对放射性源辐照产生的分段占据模式的分析。将测量到的模式与不同晶轴取向的预测结果进行比较。这些预测需要模拟电荷载流子的轨迹，并考虑其漂移的横向各向异性。
