令人兴奋、有用、令人担忧、具未来感：8国公众对人工智能的感知

摘要
随着人工智能（AI）的影响与使用不断增长，其变革潜力日益显现，关于其使用的经济、政治、社会与伦理影响引发了诸多疑问。公众舆论在这些讨论中发挥着重要作用，影响着产品采纳、商业开发、研究资助与监管。在本文中，我们呈现了一项针对人工智能公众舆论的深入调查结果，该调查涵盖八大洲六大洲的10,005名受访者。我们报告了广泛存在的认为AI将对社会的显著影响的感知，伴随对AI负责任开发与使用的强烈支持，并以四个关键主题（令人兴奋、有用、令人担忧与具未来感）刻画了公众对AI的情绪，这些主题在不同国家中的普遍程度区分了对AI的回应。
