崎岖适应度景观中时间依赖进化动力学模型的精确解

摘要
我们通过将具有崎岖适应度景观的准种模型的时间依赖进化动力学的一种简化形式映射到一个随机通量模型上，从而求解了该模型，其渐近行为可以用随机游走来描述。我们从有限基因型集合中精确地获得了优势基因型变化次数的统计量，证实了基于数值模拟的现有猜想。
