隐马尔可夫树与模型的Kullback-Leibler距离精确计算

我们提出了新的递归公式，用于计算两个一般隐马尔可夫树（HMT）之间Kullback-Leibler距离（KLD）的精确值。对于具有规则拓扑的齐次HMT，例如齐次隐马尔可夫模型（HMM），我们在无证据情况下获得了KLD的闭式表达式。我们将递归公式推广到以可观变量为条件的HMM情形。通过若干数值例子验证了所提公式，并将精确KLD值与蒙特卡洛估计进行了比较。
