摘要
在本研究中，我们考虑某一细菌集合的基因组片段混合物。在假设混合物中存在的所有基因组都已完全测序或与已测序基因组非常接近的条件下，研究混合物分离问题。这种假设在例如对生态或生物医学对象的常规观测中是相关的，在这些观测中，已知可能的微生物集合，只需要跟踪它们的浓度。
