嵌入硅纳米晶中光学开关参数与三阶光学非线性的增强:理论评估

摘要
采用原子赝势方法,从理论上研究了嵌入在代表二氧化硅的宽带隙基质中的硅纳米晶(NCs)的三阶束缚电荷电子非线性。考察了从小团簇到尺寸达 3 纳米的纳米晶的非线性折射率、双光子吸收及光学开关参数。与体材料值相比,硅纳米晶表现出更高的三阶光学非线性以及更宽的双光子吸收阈值,从而增强了光学开关参数。
