摘要
我们在质量型 Schwinger 模型中获得了静止黑洞视界附近两个异号电荷的静电能量。除模型的禁闭方面外，我们利用广义第二定律讨论了带电物体的 Bekenstein 熵上界。我们表明，与无质量情形不同，在质量型 Schwinger 模型中，黑洞的熵以及随之的 Bekenstein 界被真空极化所改变。
