褶皱纳米膜中嵌入量子阱的电子与光学性质

作者从理论上研究了非对称置于褶皱纳米膜中的量子阱(QWs)的量子限制和跃迁能量。计算表明,褶皱轮廓会根据所探测量子阱的横向位置诱导蓝移和红移。相关的辐射跃迁包括电子(空穴)的基态和空穴(电子)的激发态。研究了能量移动以及结构的可拉伸性随褶皱振幅和周期的变化。对于高度非对称的褶皱量子阱,预测了高达70 nm的大可调谐带宽。
