1T-TaS$_2$绝缘中间表面相中电子态的动力学

摘要

本文报道了过渡金属二硫属化物 1T-TaS2_2 中块体与表面性质的比较研究。当加热样品时,表面显示出一种中间绝缘相,在金属性块体之上持续约 10\sim 10 K。库仑排斥屏蔽更弱以及电荷密度波(CDW)更刚性,解释了这种关联绝缘体在最表层的韧性。采用时间分辨角分辨光电子能谱(ARPES)和瞬态反射率来研究电子与 CDW 集体运动的动力学。结果表明,振幅模在表面总是更刚性,并且对 Mott-Peierls 能带表现出可变的耦合,在低温相中更强,在中间相中更弱。
