双层石墨烯中完美晶格结构的畸变

摘要
我们以 Su、Schrieffer 和 Heeger 引入的模型为蓝本，考虑了双层石墨烯相对于畸变构型的不稳定性。通过计算畸变双层石墨烯的总能量，我们得出结论：体系的基态倾向于有限畸变。我们探讨了平衡构型如何随载流子密度和两层之间施加的电势差而变化。
