纳晶金刚石纳米机械共振器的耗散

摘要
我们测量了纳晶金刚石纳米机械共振器的耗散与频率，其共振频率范围为 13.7 MHz 至 157.3 MHz，温度范围为 1.4-274 K。通过磁致动网络分析和一种新型时域环降技术，我们发现该材料的耗散随温度大约遵循 T 的趋势，在低温时 Q = 10。大型耗散特征在约 35-55 K 处的频率依赖性与在 0.02 eV 势垒上以 10 GHz 尝试频率进行热激发相符。
