数字接触追踪服务:一种兼顾隐私与有效性的改进型去中心化设计

摘要
我们提出了一种去中心化数字接触追踪服务,其设计上保护用户隐私,同时符合最高安全标准。我们的方法基于蓝牙,测量人们的实际接触、接触时间段,并估计接触的邻近程度。我们追踪用户的接触以及传染病的可能传播,同时防止对用户的位置追踪,保护其数据与身份。我们基于流行病学模型验证并改进了追踪的影响。我们从法律角度比较了中心化与去中心化方法,发现就比例原则与数据最小化而言,去中心化方法更可取。
