摘要
本文综述了具有随机跃迁速率晶格中粒子的渐近扩散系数。回顾了单粒子的精确和近似结果。讨论了中一个包含占据因子的近期精确表达式。该结果在Miller-Abrahams模型以及随机势垒与随机陷阱组合模型中的应用得到了展示。还给出了无序晶格中位点排斥模型的精确和近似结果。
